Art for the entire family
One summer. One invitation. Many ways to join in.
This summer, Market House Theatre is bringing everything we do under one umbrella. From summer camps and youth programs to Bard in the Yard, the Kids Creative Arts Street Fair, adult experiences, and the Paxton Challenge that helps keep participation accessible, it’s all connected by one belief: art belongs to everyone.
What's Happening This Summer
Inspired by History. Made by You.
Our building still carries the ghost paint of a former storefront: “Shoes for the Entire Family.” We loved the spirit of that message—something for everyone—so we’re giving it new life as Art for the Entire Family, with room for our community to help shape what it looks like and what it means all summer long.
Summer Events
Summer Camps for All Ages
Make something unforgettable this summer. Market House Theatre’s camps blend creativity, confidence-building, and plenty of fun as students learn performance skills, make new friends, and bring stories to life. No experience required.
Shakespeare Under the Stars
July 10-12, 2026
Shakespeare is for everyone. Join us this summer for an approachable, community-centered take on a timeless story. Title will be announced at our Season Announcement on March 31.
Help Reimagine a Local Landmark
Grab a template sheet in the box office or here online and show us your creativity. Color, paint, collage, photograph, show us your unique rendition of ART! We’ll select one design to feature to redefine our building for the summer!
All ages welcome! Entries due May 1, 2026.
