No Refunds
All sales from Market House Theatre are final. We do not offer refunds for any items purchased from our store, unless an item is defective or has been wrongly shipped to you. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our box office immediately for assistance.

No Returns
We do not accept returns for any merchandise purchased from our online store. Please double-check sizing, color, and all other item specifics before finalizing your order to ensure you’re purchasing the items you want.

Free Exchanges within 14 Days
While we don’t offer refunds or returns, we do understand that sizing issues or other reasons may necessitate an exchange. We offer free exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
2. The item must still have all tags attached.
3. The item must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our box office who will guide you through the process. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us & for any shipping to send a new item to you.
