Ticket Policy
Tickets are valid only for the issued event and seat. Tickets are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. Everyone, including children, must have a ticket regardless of age for all performances. Exceptions for children under 3 may be made for certain educational performances & showcases at the discretion of management.
WILL CALL: Tickets placed in Will Call must be picked up 15 minutes prior to performance time. Tickets not picked up 15 minutes prior will be subject to release at the discretion of management.
EXCHANGES: All exchanges are only valid for another performance of the same production. Season subscribers may exchange their ticket(s) at any time, up to 2 hours before their scheduled performance at the box office or via telephone. Any subsequent exchanges will be subject to a $2 handling fee. Single ticket holders may exchange their ticket(s) at any time, up to 24 hours before the purchased performance, with a $2 handling fee. Exchanges are subject to ticket availability and the discretion of management.
CANCELLATION: Market House Theatre makes every effort to follow the adage “the show must go on.” Cancellations are extremely rare and only during Severe Weather. If we must cancel a performance, Market House Theatre will alert ticket holders via email. When possible, another performance date will be scheduled and all tickets will be valid for that new performance date. Ticket holders will also have the option of exchanging for another performance of the same production at no additional cost.
SEVERE WEATHER: Severe weather is defined as a “Severe Weather Emergency” posted by the police, sheriff, or Disaster and Emergency Service. At the discretion of the management, Market House Theatre may allow severe weather exchanges without a posting by local authorities. Fees will be waived on the day of performance up to 1 hour before performance time. Groups of 10 or more must notify the box office 2 hours before performance time.
