September 1-17, 2016 Tony Award Winner PETER AND THE STARCATCHER MUSICAL

PETER AND THE STARCATCHER upends the century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up (a.k.a. Peter Pan).  Featuring a dozen actors portraying more than 100 unforgetable characters.  A wildly theatrical adaptation of Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson’s best-selling novel. With grown up theatrical savvy and a child’s wonder at what it can achieve both young and old will feel as if they too could fly!

November 10-20, 2016 Tony Award Winner THE ODD COUPLE

MHT celebrates the 50th anniversary of theTony Award winning classic comedy THE ODD COUPLE written by Neil Simon with the slob Oscar Madison and  clean freak Felix Unger who agree to share an apartment with hilarious results as THE ODD COUPLE is born.

January 12-22, 2017 INTIMATE APPAREL 

Written by Lynn Nottage INTIMATE APPAREL tells the story of Esther Mills, an African American seamstress in Manhatten 1905.  Plain in appearance and demeanor Esther is highly skilled with a needle and thread and her ability to sew beautiful pieces of lingere allow Esther to move between New Yorks distinct social worlds.  Using the central thread of Esther's life, playwright Lynn Nottage weaves a story of 6 individuals at the turn of the 20th century and of the trials and tribulations they face.  

April 20-30, 2017 AACT AWARD WINNING NEW PLAY FEST EXIT LAUGHING

Winner of the American Association of Community Theatre New Play Fest by writer Paul Elliot is the comedy EXIT LAUGHING.  For 30 years the weekly bridge night with the “girls," has been a tradition until it  is halted when one of the foursome inconveniently dies. The friends  "borrow" the ashes from the funeral home for one last card game, and the wildest, most exciting night of their lives involves a police raid, a stripper and a whole new way of looking life. “It’s never too late or too early, to seize the day” is the message of EXIT LAUGHING. 
 

June 1- 17,  2017 THE ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL

The Broadway musical THE ADDAMS FAMILY begins as Wednesday Addams has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family - a man her parents have never met. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he's never done before - keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday's 'normal' boyfriend and his parents. A heartwarming and funny show about the value of family no matter how different!
